FAQs

Common questions

A typical residential slab (50–80m²) takes 2–3 days. Larger commercial floors are scheduled in stages so trades can keep working.

Sweep regularly and damp-mop with pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid acidic cleaners. Re-seal every 5–10 years depending on traffic.
Polished concrete is the slab itself, so any existing hairline cracks remain visible. We repair major cracks before polishing, and a densifier helps prevent new ones.
